928 Contracting provides flexible payment structures tailored to each individual project. Below are examples of our standard payment arrangements:
Milestone-Based Payments: A deposit followed by payments upon completion of specific project phases.
Structured Installments: A down payment, scheduled milestone payments, and a final balance due upon completion.
Monthly Progress Billing: Invoicing based on monthly project progression.
We collaborate with you to establish a payment plan that fits your needs, ensuring transparent, open billing practices throughout the project.

All project modifications—whether due to unforeseen site conditions, structural revisions, or client requests—are documented via a formal Change Order. A signed Change Order and agreed-upon payment schedule are required prior to initiating any work outside the original scope.

General liability insurance (minimum $1 million per occurrence, $2 million total)
Workers' compensation covering all employees
Automobile liability with combined single limit coverage ($1 million)

Yes. 928 Contracting can provide proof of all licensing and insurance upon request.

928 Contracting will be responsible for obtaining all required permits and managing on-site inspections for the duration of your project to ensure a smooth, compliant, and timely completion.

Our General Contractor projects operate on an open-book, cost-plus-fee basis. This structure provides maximum transparency, ensuring you only pay for actual labor and material costs, with a clearly defined, pre-negotiated fee for management. You will have full access to view all subcontractor estimates and invoices, so you can see exactly where your budget is going.
Subcontractor-specific projects, however, are quoted as a fixed price.
All contracts are subject to change orders.
